How to make a purchase.

You can purchase SECURELY on-line by simply browsing the various product categories in the store, selecting your model/type requirements from the various menu's when you find the desired product and then clicking the 'ORDER' button.

If you are a first-time customer with us you will be required to create an account by filling out a few details at this time. You should only be required to do this once and it will speed up the order process with all future purchases.

All prices are in AU $. If you are purchasing from overseas your financial institution will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Please do not ask us how much items would cost in foreign currency - there is a currency converter link in the check out area for your use!

Security.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and are only decrypted after they reach our systems. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Shipping.

Items in stock will normally be shipped within 3 days and you should expect delivery within Australia within 7-10 days. If an item is not in stock you can expect to receive it within 40 days.

When we receive your order you will be sent an e-mail message to notify you of the status of your order. If your item is out of stock you will always be given the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait for delivery.

Shipping is calculated automatically during check out according to the size/quantity of items ordered. Shipping rates are pre-set and although we take every effort to ensure each possible combination of items is set fairly, anomalies do occur. If you feel any shipping figure is unreasonable feel free to contact us to discuss further.

Guarantee/Warranty.
Please order carefully.
We will not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or give incorrect make/model details. However a credit or exchange item will be issued if the item is not made as per order, is faulty or does not do what it is designed to do.

We warranty all parts against manufacturer defects (through the manufacturers standard warranty conditions)/shipping damage and will exchange all defective/damaged parts.

We will not warranty or replace any parts that have been installed or damaged during installation.
All warranty/exchange claims must be lodged within 5 working days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that we can not supply an ordered item for any reason, or if there has been an error in the pricing of any item, you will be contacted immediately.

In the event that a refund is negotiated a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Tax.
All prices listed in our web store are inclusive of Australian tax. For customers outside of Australia, 10% will be deducted from the total upon check-out.

Certain parts (such as brake components and top yoke conversions) should only be fitted by a suitably qualified professional, as incorrect fitment can cause damage or injury.

All HEL brake lines are fully ADR approved for use on Australian roads, however overseas customers should check local regulations before purchase.

All top yoke conversions and brake disc/caliper/reservoir/master cylinder components are made in Germany and are fully TUV approved.

It is up to you to check with your States relevant Police/ Transport Authority if you have any concerns about any modification you wish to carry out using products purchased from us.

Fitment of some components may require the issue of an Engineering Certificate - in most cases the mechanical workshops listed under our fitment services page can also provide valuable information in this area.

Advice offered by AuSFR Imports staff should be considered as just that - advice. For definitive engineering/fitting instructions we recommend you contact your local professional motorcycle mechanic/engineer.
